The home scientist has been putting this little guy together for weeks now. Weeks because these things take time when you have five kids leaning over you wanting an explanation for everything... The kids have loved doing this with Darin. It's a racoon found dead on his parents front porch. Yes the guy did have skin and fur to begin with. It was a lot of work getting to this point. I am positive he had more fun than the kids, but they loved it too. Tomorrow the racoon is going to school to two classrooms. Not sure who is more excited Darin or the kids. Hopefully he'll make it back home in one piece, because Easton wants to decorate his room with him.

Science back in the Schools
The home scientist has been putting this little guy together for weeks now. Weeks because these things take time when you have five kids leaning over you wanting an explanation for everything... The kids have loved doing this with Darin. It's a racoon found dead on his parents front porch. Yes the guy did have skin and fur to begin with. It was a lot of work getting to this point. Cute but I am slightly grossed out. I think you should remove the part about it having skin and fur......oooooohhhhh gross. Lol
wow- we're impressed with how great it looks. and it didn't really smell bad when it was boiling at grandma's house...
So, that's what those stinky bones came out to be! It really does look a lot cooler than what I had imagined with it sitting in the pot!
ok, how did you clean that thing and not get any diseases - maybe that's why your family had
